Robert brings a depth of experience from his 30-year career in the DFW market. On the landlord side, he has worked with national and regional institutional property owners leasing every property type — mixed-use specialty projects, grocery-anchored centers, pad-site sales, and build-to-suit transactions. Representing tenants, he has worked with national and regional retail, restaurant, and office users, including 25 sale and/or build-to-suit transactions representing a national brand across Texas.
He began his career in 1987 on the ground-up leasing of notable, nationally recognized projects — Southlake Town Square, The Shops at Legacy, Addison Circle, and Mockingbird Station — and has represented numerous tenants in their North Texas expansions.
In 2000, Robert formed City Commercial Realty, where he serves as Broker/Owner, currently representing retail tenants across Texas and landlords in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He earned a BBA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
